Safety & Compliance

Checkable, not asserted.

Our authority is public. Read the record in the FMCSA register rather than taking our word for it. That is worth more than anything we could write about ourselves here.

Look us up in the FMCSA SAFER register
  • ELD compliant, no exceptions

Electronic logging on every tractor. Hours of service are recorded by the device, not reconstructed afterwards from a paper log.

  • GPS tracking end to end

Position on the load from pickup to delivery, so the answer to “where is my freight” is a location and not an estimate.

  • Maintained on a schedule

Pre-trip and post-trip inspections on every run, scheduled preventive maintenance per unit, and annual DOT inspections on our own equipment.

  • Drivers we have actually vetted

CDL-A, at least two years of verifiable OTR experience, minimum age 23, and a clean MVR and PSP record for the last three years. Every driver is on our payroll.

How a load moves

  1. 01

    Tender

Send the lane, the pickup date and the equipment you need. We come back with a rate, not a range.

  2. 02

    Dispatch

We assign the truck and driver from our own fleet, and confirm the appointment window with both ends of the lane.

  3. 03

    In transit

GPS and ELD tracking the whole way, and a dispatcher who answers at two in the morning.

  4. 04

    Delivered

Proof of delivery through paperless billing, on the terms agreed before the truck moved.

Every load is a promise we keep.

Safety questions we get asked

How do you ensure FMCSA compliance?
Safety is our #1 priority. We utilize premium ELD systems (Sparkle) for 100% accurate HOS tracking. Our safety department conducts regular internal audits and provides ongoing training to all drivers to maintain our superior CSA scores.
What is your maintenance protocol?
All equipment undergoes rigorous Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections. We have a scheduled preventative maintenance program for every truck and trailer in our fleet to minimize breakdowns and ensure safe operation on the road.
Are your drivers Hazmat certified?
A significant portion of our fleet holds Hazmat endorsements. If your cargo requires specialized handling or certifications, please inform our sales team during the quoting process so we can assign the appropriate professional.
